Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hexmio Technology Solutions Inc. (Hexmio), If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! Our products can be exchanged within 3 days of the original purchase date of the product. LED Panels can only be refunded prior to Shipping or Pick up. A new product may be exchanged for another product (LED Panels can be exchanged only, no refund after shipping or pick up). Purchased and used product cannot be exchanged or returned for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a exchange, please make sure that:
1.) No more than 3 days after pick up or delivery date(Postmarked). After 3 days, product is no longer eligible for exchange.
2.)The product is in its original packaging.
3.)The product isn't used or damaged.
4.)You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
5.)You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.
6.)Product will be inspected for use and damages.
7.)Used and damaged product will not be exchanged or accepted.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order), to: Hexmio Technology Solutions Inc.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange of a product are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Hexmio Technology Solutions Inc repair locations.. Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Unfortunately, sale items and custom order items cannot be refunded or exchanged. No refunds after pick up or shipping. Shipped Orders are inspected prior for shipping. Pick up order(s) is the responsibility of the Buyer(s) to inspect upon pick up at the warehouse.
